Summary:
We are always on the lookout for experienced and talented people to join us as a BDC Agent

Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service on every interaction
- Keep all activity recorded and logged in relevant CRM software
- Use multiple communication methods to interact with customers
- Ensure correct follow up process is executed
- Have a positive and productive approach to customer interaction
- Develop new ways to increase personal skills and productivity
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of outbound call center experience preferred
- Certification and/or formal training in Business Development, sales, or customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work an outbound campaign
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Focused and reliable
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
